Dear NCA Families,
This Friday, December 19th will be an early release day, and our scholars will enjoy a holiday party in their classrooms from 11:00AM-12:00PM. As mentioned previously, each classroom may have up to two parent volunteers. Below, you will find important additional information for this day.
⁃All parent volunteers must be CCPS approved (annually, for this school year) and verified by the classroom teacher, in writing; volunteer requests must be in by Wednesday, 12/17
⁃Volunteer check-in on Friday is at the main office, between 10:45-11:00AM
⁃Other guests are not permitted to accompany the volunteer
-Parents who are dropping off non-perishable food/supplies for class parties, please try to do so prior to Friday; drop-offs on Friday are permitted only from 8:15-10:45AM

⁃Lunch will not be served from the NCA Cafeteria
-Pizza, a cookie and a drink will be available for scholars, free of charge
-Scholars who do not want pizza MUST bring a bagged lunch
The NCA main office will be staffed, as follows, during the Winter Break:
⁃ Monday, 12/22: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
⁃ Tuesday, 12/23: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
⁃ Wednesday, 12/24: 8:00AM – 12:00PM
⁃ CLOSED on 12/25 & 12/26
⁃ Monday, 12/29: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
⁃ Tuesday, 12/30: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
⁃ Wednesday, 12/31: 8:00AM – 12:00PM
⁃ CLOSED, 1/1/26 & 1/2/26
