Dear NCA Families,
Legacy Week at NCA just concluded! It was five, fun-filled, themed days for scholars and staff. Please check out the NCA Facebook page for some photos. We appreciate the participation from our scholars.
On January 14-16, three of our NCA upper school scholars took part in the all-state chorus performances in Tampa. NCA was fortunate to have three scholar-performers selected to the highest ensemble group! We appreciate our music teacher, Ms. Batista, for preparing these performers, and accompanying them for this rewarding opportunity.
Here are a few important updates for this week:
1. Summer Camp at NCA, Grades K-6
The registration portal for the NCA summer camp will go live on Friday, January 23rd, through the Brightwheel App. Information flyers with registration links will be sent out via email and text messaging to all families next week. We are excited to offer this program for our Patriot families this summer!
2. NCA Events Calendar
We encourage all families to utilize the events calendar, found on the NCA website, to stay updated on all that is happening with our school. Whether you are seeking Poetry & Prose events, upcoming athletics or PTC events – you will find all of these on the events calendar.
3. Grow Our School Community / Re-Enrollment for the 2026-27 School Year
Refer a Friend: Do you have friends and family that could benefit from an excellent education that prepares the mind and instills virtues? If so, it’s easy to refer a future scholar to NCA – you can just send them this link.
Re-Enrollment for 2026-2027: If you have not enrolled for the upcoming school year, the registration portal is open. To ensure that your child has the best classical education in the region, you can start the process here. Please follow the detailed instructions in the graphic further down in the newsletter.
Additionally, our NCA Registrar, Mrs. Abney, can answer any questions that you may have – or she can refer you to the administrator that will answer your questions.
4. Monday, January 19th – No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday)
Please continue reading this week’s newsletter for additional updates.
We hope that your family enjoys the three-day weekend, and we look forward to welcoming your family back to campus on Tuesday, January 20th.
Sincerely,
Mr. Wester
Head of School
